Free daily task planner
A long list is not a plan. Give each task a little time, leave room for breaks and see what fits in your day.
What needs your time?
Add the next action, not the whole project. Put the most important task first.
Up to 30 tasks. Estimates from 1 to 240 minutes.
Start with the one task you would like to finish today.
Room left in your day

Your first task gives the day a starting point.
No account needed. The draft stays in this browser tab. Saving adds tasks and focus timers to your local workspace. Times are planning notes, not calendar events. Export a backup to keep a copy.
How to make a daily plan that fits
Set the hours you actually have available. If meetings or an appointment take up part of the day, plan the uninterrupted time around them rather than counting every hour as working time.
Add a specific next action and an estimate in minutes. "Write the introduction" is easier to estimate than "finish the website." Put the most important task first using the move controls.
The planner places tasks in order, with a break between them. The total shows your remaining time or how far the plan runs past your finish time. Nothing is silently dropped when your list is too long.
Download the schedule as a text file, or save the tasks into TinyOrange. Each saved task gets its estimate as a focus timer and its planned time as a note. You can change the plan as your day changes.
For help choosing the order, compare task prioritization methods. If you juggle client work, start with the freelancer task management guide.
